The Chicks have a set uniform which consists of a white leotard, white circular skirt(or all in one white set available), ballet socks, ballet shoes and black tap shoes. Please note that not every class will take part in every exam session but please keep them all free!

Saturday 19th July 2025

Please note that all children under secondary school age will need to be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their allocated time. Please remember that all changing areas must remain female only. All students should arrive ready with hair and make up complete. Food and refreshments will be available on the day.

Saturday 21st June 2025

Please note there are NO normal dance lessons on this day and attendance times will be different to usual. 

Our Photoshoot and Dress Rehearsal will be held at the Methodist Church and is a day where the students get to practise their show dances in their costumes and have their pictures taken professionally by a photographer. These can then be purchased a week or two later. This is a very exciting day for all students involved but please note that this is also a very busy day so attending at the right times is very important. On the day a Chaperone will be present to assist and bring the students to the photography room and dance practise room. Although there is chaperone present, all students under secondary school age must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their time there. Please also remember that the changing areas must remain female only. There will also be food and drinks sold in the hub throughout the day.

Chicks costumes

Wish – Chicken costume (either a leotard and Chicken cape or white leggings and chicken tabard). Please provide ballet shoes and pink ballet socks.

Hairspray – Pink dress and pink hair bow. Please provide black tap shoes and pink ballet socks.

Hair/Make up – TBC

All Chicks should arrive in their WISH costume with hair and makeup complete. Please note that the ‘Chicken’ part of the costume should be put on on arrival. The Chicks changing room will be the Hodgson Hall.

Please make sure your child/ children’s costumes and dance shoes are CLEARLY LABELLED.

Friday Evening Performance (Nnena, Marina, Autumn, Amelie, Daphne, Adrija, Monday, Rosa, Nora): 1pm-3:15pm

Saturday Evening Performance (Caitlin, Ivy, Freya, Alexena, Rose, Leila, Alex, Anastasia, Imogen) : 1:15pm-3:30pm
