2010

Each year a themed dancing show is staged for family and friends of the pupils – show 2011 7^th-9^th July

· This is performed in a theatre and is always connected to raising funds for a local appropriate children’s charity

· At dress rehearsal time a photographer is always present so that portrait photographs of all pupils are available each year.

Technical Rehearsal – all helpers/chaperones to arrive by 3.45pm please

Instructions for Show nights

Entrance to the playhouse for performers and class helpers is via the stage door to the left of the front of the theatre…..along the corridor and turn right where the entrance is at the back of the building

All children and helpers must sign in and out as they arrive and leave…this is essential to conform to fire regulations

Classes to arrive backstage at the following times

ALL SHOW CHAPERONES INCLUDING DOOR PEOPLE 5.30PM SHARP PLEASE

Senior Students and Swan – 5.45pm onwards

Robins – 5.45pm onwards

Blackbirds – 6pm onwards

Sparrows – 6.15pm

Chicks and ducklings – 6.30pm

Please ensure that children arrive with hair and make up complete – all items need to be labelled clearly

The foyer will be open and photos available for viewing from 5.15PM

Do not arrive earlier than your allotted time please……..it is not helpful and you will not be able to leave your child

After the performance chicks will be bought out first then ducklings then sparrows, black birds etc…..

Please be patient and get in the queue according to classes
